Weight lose : Day 2

Breakfast- 2 eggs, 1 piece of toast, green tea.

Lunch- Lettuce, spinach, just a pinch of cheese(calcium), ranch mixed with water, and a bit of chicken.

Dinner- Half of a hamburger steak, a half cup of pinto-beans, a half-cup of mac and cheese, Water.

Snack-1 cup of unsalted peanuts.

Workout- 30 minutes of dancing (:

I feel good.

I had ice cream today though ):
